About us

The Folsom Area Bicycle Advocates (FABA) is a non-profit group formed in 2000 to promote cycling in and around the Folsom area.

Our Mission

FABA represents cyclists' interests in and around the Folsom area through advocacy, special events and promotional activities. FABA has working relationships with local government agencies including:

• The City of Folsom
• The City of Rancho Cordova
• California State Parks, Gold Fields District
• El Dorado County
• Sacramento County
• Sacramento Regional Transit District
• 50 Corridor Transportation Management Association (formerly the FRED TMA)
