This ride starts on the East side of the Sacramento River at the Tower Bridge.

West Cross the Tower Bridge and take the immediate sweep lane that sends you onto West Capital Ave

Right Go 3.8 miles on this road to the bike path which is across from the Granada Inn (a 1/4 mile before Highway 80).

Right Turn Right onto the bike path (and follow it to Davis).

Right Take a Right turn here, go 1/4 mile, and then take the obvious left (there are two jogs in the bike path here)

Left Take a Left to enter the (unmarked) Road 105

Left Road 105 crosses the Railroad tracks. As soon as you cross the tracks, take a Left onto Road 32A. Continue to Mace Blvd.

Straight Cross Mace Blvd. Your road (32A) is now re-named 2nd Street, and will take you into Davis.

Straight Travel down 2nd Street for 2.2 miles. 2nd Street ends here and you will take a Right turn onto L Street

Right Go one block on "L" street, and then take a Left onto 3rd Street.

Left Travel 4 blocks down 3rd Street (to H Street) and the Amtrak Station is on your left.

Westbound Alternative for South Davis:
If your destination is in South Davis, you can take an optional route on Chiles Road, a frontage road on the south side of Interstate 80. From the west exit of the Yolo Causeway bike path, cross under the highway and follow the road westbound to South Davis, with connections to he Putah Creek Bike Path.

The eastbound trip is essentially the reverse of above, with one adjustment. On approach to the Tower Bridge, you must cross under the expressway to access the eastbound lane on the bridge. Follow bike route signs.
